Terms & Conditions — pphpg User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pphpg website at pphpg.net, its mobile-optimized interface, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of pphpg.

pphpg reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pphpg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pphpg or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pphpg or any other gaming platform for violations of terms.

During registration, pphpg will collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID for age and identity verification. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one (1) pphpg account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pphpg account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. pphpg will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify pphpg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pphpg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

pphpg reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pphpg are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Withdrawal verification: pphpg may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

pphpg does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pphpg's control.

pphpg reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pphpg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• pphpg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pphpg — including slots, live casino, bingo, Dragon Fishing, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pphpg uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their own regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pphpg reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. pphpg's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pphpg and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using pphpg for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the pphpg platform or its security systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.

8. Responsible Gaming

pphpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session time limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pphpg. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your session duration and net gaming activity.

pphpg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification and void any transactions made during the period of suspected underage play.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pphpg platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of pphpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pphpg content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pphpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

pphpg's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pphpg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pphpg collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pphpg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pphpg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of pphpg after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using pphpg and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pphpg shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over online gaming matters.
